Jury Workflow
- 01 In preliminary evaluation, project files, category fit and basic application criteria are reviewed.
- 02 In main evaluation, the pitch deck, business model, technical plan and impact potential are scored.
- 03 At the final stage, live presentation, Q&A and feasibility interviews are conducted.
- 04 The final decision is formed through board consensus and joint assessment of the scoring matrix.
Ethics and Impartiality
Jury members declare any potential connections with the projects they evaluate. When a conflict of interest exists, the relevant member is excluded from scoring that project.
